We are proud to offer pet care including supplies, medications, and compounding. The practice of compounding is becoming a popular solution to veterinary problems. Your pharmacist can provide specialized prescription services to veterinarians in the treatment of almost all animals. Exotic pets, horses, dogs, cats and zoo animals may all require medication at some point and our pharmacists can assist veterinarians in offering dosages that are patient-specific in strength and formulation.
Compounding can also make medicating animals easier, as the medications can be prepared in the form of flavored chews or capsules that animals accept readily. When you have a need for compounded medication, trust the experts to provide the appropriate medication in the form, dosage and formula of ingredients that’s right for you.
Do you ever find it difficult to keep up with your medication refills and picking up your medications? If you answered yes, you may benefit from medication synchronization.
Med Synchronization, also called med sync, is a program we offer here at the pharmacy to help synchronize your medication refills so that you will be able to pick up ALL of your medications on a single day each month.
Speak to a staff member today about how we can get you set up on med sync.
We offer LEADER™ high-quality products which contain the same active ingredients as national brands, at a lower cost. Contact us to learn more.
Binson's Pharmacy Miller Road Is Now Accepting New Patients!
Enteral & Nutritional Services
If you are like most people, you would probably prefer to recover from or manage your medical condition in the comfort and privacy of your own home. Medical research shows that when a skilled team of specialists provides home care, patients experience better outcomes.
Home Enteral therapy is a safe and effective alternative to inpatient care. The goal of our Enteral department team is to provide quality care in a safe environment while allowing patients to maintain an independent lifestyle. Prior to starting enteral services in the home, a thorough assessment is performed to ensure that the patient is an appropriate candidate for enteral services and to also determine if other Binson's services are needed.
Your Enteral Team
Your Enteral team includes nurses, pharmacists, and insurance specialists. They work closely with your doctor and other professionals involved in your care. The team routinely calls patients and monitors progress, compliance, and safety throughout the course of your therapy.
The Patients We Serve
Binson's Enteral department serves patients throughout the state of Michigan from a multitude of health systems. Patients who require enteral services may have diagnoses such as failure to thrive, gastroparesis, cancer, dysphagia, stroke, and other gastrointestinal diseases which result in nutrition-related problems.
Binson's Infusion serves all of the state of Michigan, including most Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial insurances.
A physician must order enteral services. Upon receiving your referral and prescriptions, we will review your insurance coverage and advise you of benefits available. Our start-of-care team is specifically trained to offer a safe transition to enteral services.
Paying For Care
Most major insurance companies cover enteral services. For your convenience, our staff will contact your insurance carrier to determine exact coverage.
